The Five T’s : Target Market
Who is your target market? Because a system of care cannot impact the lives of everyone. You can't market to everyone. Your practice doesn't have the bandwidth or the budget. You're not Coca-Cola.

Practitioners have to make a choice around who they want to target first. And the First 18 provides a framework for figuring out your target market.

The Five T’s: Transformation
The First 18 encourages practitioners not to model their care delivery on how they've experienced acute health care in the past. It's not a series of transactions. It’s about seeing the patient as a whole individual with health goals. Not just as a patient who has a stomach complaint.

When dealing with patients on a transactional basis the average lifetime value of that client is about $650. When you adopt the transactional model that rises to over $3,500.

What clinicians should be delivering is a total health transformation. The First 18 provides practitioners with a framework to deliver transformational care.

The Five T’s: Trust
Trust is the key component of your relationship with a patient and trust must be built from the very first contact - often online today. Therefore ensuring you have consistent and professional messaging that speaks to why you are the right practitioner for that patient is important.

The Five T’s: Traffic
Because patients turn first to Google when seeking out a practitioner, its important to have a realistic strategy in place to drive traffic to your website or your social presence. It’s there that the patients will make the decision to first interact with your clinic or practcie. The First 18 teaches practitioners the various techniques available to attract new clients.

The Five T’s: Conversion Tool
Once a practitioner has attracted a potential client to their website or social account, what tools have they in place to ensure they can turn that individual into a paying client?  The First 18 program teaches practitioners to diversify their model of care delivery to encompass the reality of the client journey today. It’s a cornerstone of any successful business to be able to scale and create predictable revenue.
